Pennyroyal

My essential oil for today is Pennyroyal.

Pennyroyal is especially relevant at the moment because it helps to protect us from being affected by the negative thoughts and opinions of others.

I think that we need to be especially mindful of this during lockdown, because we are all on social media more than ever, as well as keeping up with the news on TV.

It's a good idea to take some time to unwind every day, play some relaxing music, put some Pennyroyal in your oil burner, and take a break from all the negative stuff that is going on around us at the moment.
